About the Role:
MJM Industrial are looking for an experienced Project Planner to join our dynamic team based in Colnbrook. This is a key role supporting the planning and execution of complex industrial projects, ensuring that all activities are coordinated efficiently and executed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience with projects at Heathrow or similar large-scale construction/fit-out projects. You should have a strong background in permit applications, labour planning, and subcontractor management. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of key project milestones

* Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

* Oversee labour planning, resource allocation, and scheduling

* Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

* Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and proactively identify and resolve issues

* Ensure efficient coordination across all teams, departments, and stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in project planning, preferably within a construction or fit-out environment

* Experience with Heathrow projects is highly desirable

* Strong understanding of permit application processes, health and safety, and compliance regulations

* Demonstrated experience in labour planning and managing subcontractors

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
