Job: Contracts Manager (Planned works & repairs)

Area: Hackney, (Office base in Brentwood)

Salary: £50,000k + Car allowance

Role: Planned works, repairs & disrepair

My clients a leading nationwide property services contractor are currently seeking an experienced contracts manager to come on board for there social hosuing reactive maintenance planned and repairs contracts.

This role is within the reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties in Hacknet + surrounding areas. These positions are perm and you will be provided with your own van, Fuel card, Pension, hoildays + Bank hoildays, Sick pay, discount vouchers and medical Scheme.

Duties:

* Overseeing 3-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

* Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

* Implementing rigorous health and safety measures, particularly in occupied social housing environments.

* Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and safety.

* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Requirements:

* SSSTS

* Contarcts Manager experience

* Social housing expeirence

* Planned/repairs experience

* UK Driving license

* Clean DBS

Job Type: Permanent
