With state-of-the-art facilities and a strong reputation for innovation, they are now looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated team in Aldershot.

Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a day-based position, offering you a great work-life balance with a competitive salary of £45,000. You'll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, minimizing downtime, and improving overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and production equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Carry out repairs and replacements to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Work with the team to improve machine performance and reliability.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Support with planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address potential issues.
Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems is desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
