About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Recovery Worker at our 5-bed crisis support service in Boston. This service is designed to provide short-term, high-quality support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The focus is on understanding the underlying factors contributing to each person’s crisis and equipping them with tools and strategies for ongoing recovery.

Key Features:

* 5-bed crisis service with a maximum stay of 7 days per service user.

* Designed for individuals aged 18+ under the care of Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust crisis teams.

* On-site parking is available.

* 1 sleep-in shift per week, with additional overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide empathetic, one-to-one support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

* Assist service users in identifying triggers and developing coping strategies for ongoing mental health management.

* Work collaboratively with crisis teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

* Facilitate a safe, supportive environment that promotes recovery and wellbeing.

* Complete relevant documentation accurately and in line with service requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or a similar care setting is highly desirable.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals in crisis.

* A calm, compassionate approach with the ability to handle challenging situations.
