Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
Working hours : Fully office based 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Our Client, a property maintenance company that works in partnership with housing providers. and provide a range of services including property refurbishment, property maintenance, and property refurbishment contracts are seeking an Administrator with at least 3 years experience in a busy Admin or Customer Service role.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be required to carry out Administration duties for Responsive works; making and receiving calls with tenants to book appointments for maintenance work and providing support for the Admin Manager as required
Experience with Oneserve preferred
Experience of working within the social housing sector preferred
You will have / be
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to multi task and prioritise your work load
Be proactive and use initiative
Communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
Paying up to £28,000.00 per year
