Key Responsibilities
Managing a variety of immigration cases, including visa applications, asylum claims, family reunification, appeals, and sponsor license applications.
Providing bespoke legal advice to individuals, families, and corporate clients on all aspects of UK immigration law.
Preparing and submitting high-quality applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Representing clients at immigration tribunals and other relevant forums in appeals and judicial reviews.
Monitoring developments in immigration law to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
Assisting corporate clients with sponsor license applications, visa compliance, and other related obligations.
About you

A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in Immigration Law.
Extensive knowledge of UK immigration laws
Proficiency in case management systems or legal software is desirable.
