Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a Primary School in Coventry, CV1. This is an exciting opportunity to support EYFS, KS1, and KS2, running small group interventions, leading clubs, and covering classes as needed. The school is on an exciting journey of improvement, providing a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The Role:

Plan and deliver small group interventions in English, Phonics, Maths, and Social & Emotional development
Support teaching and learning across the school
Cover lessons when required, ensuring smooth classroom management
Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback to staff
Work closely with SEN and vulnerable pupils, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
Contribute to school-wide initiatives to support pupil developmentThe Ideal Candidate:

HLTA status (or NVQ Level 3/Degree in Education)
Strong Maths and English skills (GCSE Grade C or above)
Experience delivering structured interventions to support pupil progress
Ability to engage and support children with different learning needs
High expectations for achievement and behaviour
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively with staff and pupilsAbout the School:
