Always Flourishing are currently supporting a leading school in the Thames Valley area with their recruitment for a Primary Teacher to join their team for September 2024.

Always Flourishing are looking for a motivated and passionate class teacher to join an ‘outstanding’ school in the heart of Bracknell. ECT’s are welcome to apply.

As an outstanding practitioner you will provide the best education for the children by ensuring they are supported, engaged, and inspired in their learning. There is a focus on resilience, ambition and courage, and these values reflect throughout the student and staff teams. The school is a happy and committed learning environment, where students are expected to learn, and embrace school life.

To be successful in this post, you will need to hold QTS and be able to teach across the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculums. You will be confident in teaching content to a range of year groups and abilities and be able to adjust content for those that require it. You will also be a role model for the school’s students and staff to expand on the ethos of the already focussed school. Staff are supported in their development with continual CPD and opportunities for progression with the team.
