As a Client Advisor, you'll be delivering exceptional service across one of three exclusive categories: footwear, leather goods, or ready-to-wear. Your role as a brand ambassador will include developing a loyal client base, providing expert product knowledge, and offering an unparalleled client experience.

Demonstrate expert product knowledge and become a trusted advisor in your category
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and returning clients
Grow your own client book using CRM tools and proactive clientellingWho You Are:

Experience in a luxury retail environment is essential
A deep understanding of clientelling and relationship-building
Background in fashion, leather goods, accessories, jewellery, or beauty is highly desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on service excellence
