Help us promote sustainability and support our customers with top-notch products from world-leading brands.

What You’ll Do:

* Deliver outstanding service via telephone, chat, and email.

* Build rapport quickly to understand and meet each customer’s unique needs.

* Represent our company with passion, ensuring a positive and friendly experience throughout the customer journey.

* Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

* Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.

* Meet departmental and personal service level agreements and KPIs in line with company standards.
