Role Overview:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will provide crucial support to teachers and students in secondary schools, helping to ensure that learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular staff. Your role will be dynamic and varied, offering you the chance to make a positive impact in different educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with classroom management and support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those who need additional help.
Help with administrative tasks, including preparing materials and marking work.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
