Job Title: Deck Erectors/Concrete Pair Foreman

Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Deck Erectors and Concrete Pair Foremen to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction, particularly in deck erection and concrete work.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the deck erection and concrete crew.
Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Oversee the installation of decks and concrete structures.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Deck Erector or Concrete Foreman.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
