Multi-Trader (Aftercare Maintenance)  West London and surrounding area.

O’Neill and Brennan is currently recruiting for a Plumber/ Multi-Trader to work on a variety of projects within existing properties across West, SW and NW London. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday. Transport will be provided.

Duties:

Engaging in the evaluation and execution of various construction and maintenance tasks within customer properties
Utilizing a combination of manual and powered tools to accomplish a diverse array of tasks
Working within a team or autonomously to complete allocated tasks
Effectively addressing and resolving all scheduled defects as communicated by the Aftercare Manager and Supervisor
To be successful the candidate must have:

Proven track record as a Multi-Trader or similar
Full driving licence
Experience driving a van around London
A keen eye for detail
Must have your own Tools to complete tasks
Good communicator, capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
