Our client is seeking a multi-skilled tradesperson to join their existing team, this is a new role where they are seeking a great all-rounder who can perform various duties to ensure a job is completed to the highest standards.  Don’t have all the necessary experience?  Our client wants to train individuals up to be able to cross-skill individuals to be able to perform plumbing, plastering, and joinery tasks – this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills with a good employer and receive some industry-recognised qualifications as well.  So if you are a general handyman with a strong plumbing background or a Plasterer who is looking to diversify this would be the role for you.  This multi-skilled trades person role will be completing projects within the Stoke on Trent area – ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard and ensuring all the associated works and finishing will be finished to ensure a satisfied customer.
 
Job Description for the multi-skilled Trades Person role:

To go out to customer's properties to complete planned works, emergency/call-out works
To perform the related tasks to fully complete the required works such as plumbing, plastering, and joinery to ensure the project is fully completed
To be a customer-orientated person to give the best service
To ensure you have all the necessary materials required for the project, ensure the least amount of waste
To ensure you are leaving the premises in a clean and fully completed state remove all rubbish    Candidate Requirements for the Multi skilled Trades Person role:    

A trade qualification in either Plumbing, Joinery, Plastering etc would be an advantage – NVQ level 2
Strong experience in an all round trades ‘handyman’ capacity
Ideally, a GCSE in Maths & English would be desirable
Someone who is keen to undertake new qualifications is important
Must have a proven 3 years in a similar role
Be a customer focussed individual
Strong H&S awareness
Full driving licence (6 points is the limit)
DBS Check  Hours: Monday – Friday, 39 hours
 Salary: 334,103 Per Annum + Call Out Bonuses
