An exciting opportunity has arisen for aAftersales Manager with 3 years' experience in motor industry to join a well-established new and used car dealership, offering excellent benefits.

As a Aftersales Manager, you will oversee the service department, aiming to achieve revenue, utilisation, and profit targets while ensuring a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for:

Manage workshop operations, including estimating, invoicing, and compliance.
Lead and motivate the service department team.
Drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Oversee warranty claims and account management.
Promote departmental marketing initiatives and enhance customer retention.
Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

What we are looking for:

At least 3 years' experience in motor industry.
Exceptional organisational and motivational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Full UK driving licence required.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday: 08:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday (on rota): 08:30am - 12:30pm
