My client is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a 10-storey commercial office development in Central London. With an MEP package valued at approximately £30m, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major city-centre project with a leading international contractor.

Role
• Project Stage: Currently in preconstruction, with completion expected in January 2027.
• Team Structure: Reporting to the Commercial Lead and working alongside other Quantity Surveyors.
• Scope: Managing the MEP package, ensuring financial control, cost management, and contract administration.
