We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gas Installation Administrator to join one of our market leading gas contractors. This role plays a key part in supporting our Gas Installation Department, ensuring the efficient management of engineer schedules, paperwork, and client communications.
Salary starting at £24,000 a year and will be reveiwed after probation
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Approving engineer timesheets and ensuring accuracy
* Allocating work to engineers, electricians, and builders
* Running weekly job status reports to track progress
* Managing daily work schedules and confirming appointments with residents
* Communicating with clients via phone and email across multiple contracts
* Ensuring all jobs have the necessary materials and information for completion
* Checking asbestos registers when required
* Raising orders for subcontractors and approving timesheets
What They Are Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Experience in an administrative role, ideally within gas installations or construction
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (training provided)
* A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
