Retail Sales Advisor role offering £12.21 per hour working at our Nottinghamshire retail outlets located in West Bridgford and our offices in Bingham. 

Normal hours are 30 hours per week between 09:30 – 15:30 with a 30 minute lunch break during any five days between Monday- Saturday, working three Saturdays in four on a rota basis.

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Listening to customers to assess their needs and capabilities.

Product Demonstrations: Demonstrating a range of mobility and homecare products.

Sales and Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Administration: Complete store administration accurately and assist in preparing and completing scheduled tasks, maintain accurate customer records, assist with the receipt and sale of merchandise stock and manage CRM systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare or mobility sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy and understanding towards customer needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email and CRM systems.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between our Nottinghamshire outlets in Bingham and West Bridgford.
