Job Title: Draughtsperson – Building Services

Location: Fareham

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsperson to join our dynamic Building Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced draughtsperson to contribute to the design and coordination of complex building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce technical drawings and design layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and coordinated building services drawings.

Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.

Maintain and update drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Draughtsperson in Building Services or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or other BIM software is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
