We are actively looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to join a housing association covering the Manchester and North West area on 6 month FTC.

As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will be:

Managing a range of local and regional projects to deliver of fire risk remediation works and associated building safety works.
Delivering on fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys
Delivery on remedial works and reports to ensure compliance legislation met
Experience / qualifications as the Building Safety Surveyor:

Evidence of professional & technical expertise in Fire Safety reports
Detailed knowledge of current relevant health and safety legislation/regulatory framework/codes of practice
FDIS, NEBOSH fire and relevant building qualification
As the Building Safety Surveyor, you will receive:
