Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for project management, delivering results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and contractors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may arise during execution.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements throughout the project.
Manage risk and mitigate potential project delays by proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Provide regular status updates to senior management, clients, and key stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
Lead project meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality deliverables and effective communication.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management software, and budgeting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
