Competitive Salary: On offer is a salary of £23,400 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday although for the right candidate we will consider part-time hours.

About the role:

As a Logistics/Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our export operations, providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless processes. Your role will be pivotal in managing customer interactions and ensuring accurate and timely documentation and invoicing  

Key duties include:

First point of call for customers, addressing their queries and directing them to the appropriate colleagues.
Raising sales invoices with precise entry of rates and charges and posting purchase invoices.
Accurately and timely handling of customs requests and executing customs entry tasks for exports via the Multifreight system, including gaining clearance and collating supporting documentation.
General support tasks such as ordering stationery and supplies, filing, and data entry to keep operations smooth.

You will be customer-centric, with strong customer service skills that will shine as you interact with clients and team members alike. Excellent communication skills will ensure seamless teamwork. As a team player, you thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships effortlessly. A multitasker, able to juggle multiple tasks while prioritising workload in a calm and organised manner. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft systems is essential, and while you’ll receive full induction and support, your ability to work independently is crucial.
