Children's Residential Registered Manager

Location: Moseley (South Birmingham)

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 (Depending on experience)

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional care and support to young people?

Ideal Candidate:

Full UK driving license (Essential)
2 years of managerial experience in children's residential services (Essential)
Working knowledge of children's home quality standards (Essential)
Experience with OFSTED inspections (Essential)
QCF Level 5 leadership and management qualification (or willingness to obtain) (Essential)
Flexible working hours (Essential)
QCF Level 3/4 - CYP (qualified) (Essential)
Working knowledge of attachment theory in children's homes (Desirable)
Budget management experience (Desirable)
