Sales Development Lead Generator
Starting salary - £34,655, increasing to £37,517, 30% annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 27.5 days after 10 years service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our office in Leeds a minimum of 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday), with flexibility required in line with business needs.

A self-starter, with a sound knowledge of social media, you'll leverage your sourcing skills across multiple platforms to identify and create new business opportunities for Royal Mail Relay, qualifying all deals before they are passed over.

About the role
• Actively source new opportunities for Relay across all social media platforms
• Act upon leads and referrals within the required timeframe, qualifying each lead before it is passed over
• Work with the Royal Mail Relay Business Development manager providing insight, leads and opportunities to maximise revenue
• Work in line with SLA/KPIs to exceed Royal Mail Relay new business sales targets incl. call rates, conversion rates, Siebel Data Quality standards
• Deploy campaigns and one to many Royal Mail Relay propositions
• Deploy a Royal Mail Relay new business sales plan
About you
To truly excel in role, you will have the necessary skills and experience listed below -
• Good understanding of all social media platforms for sourcing purposes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise business opportunities for closing sales
• Well organised, self-disciplined and able to work without direct supervision
• Commercially shrewd, with a challenger attitude that is focused on getting the best deal for RMG
• Excellent telephone skills with the capability to create compelling briefs, pitches, presentations & business cases
• Strong negotiation skills and a single-minded focus on revenue and profit generation
• Proven track record of consistent delivery against targets
