This firm are searching for an established L&T Director or an Associate Director ready to make the step up to run this fast growing department. A highly unique opportunity, our client offers a wide range of professional services in both residential and commercial property to Lenders, Investors, Developers, and Occupiers maintaining a brilliant reputation.

With expertise in Central, Greater London and the Home Counties, our client offer comprehensive surveying services covering, Valuation, L&T, property management and Agency across London. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the face of the L&T department you will be responsible for dealing with all landlord and tenant requirements fed from an active Property Management department, which manages numerous commercial buildings in and around Central London and the south East. You will b responsible for leading and moulding the department along with the directors who have a clear aim and desire to grow. The business and its equity share holders offer an exciting opportunity to join the firm at an time where expansion and growth is fundamental to their future plans with this role a major piece of the puzzle.

With the work load significant, the individual will have significant case work to run at being responsible for liaising with clients, preparing reports, and providing professional advice. They will also be responsible for reporting back to colleagues including senior directors and property managers. Their day-to-day tasks will mainly include inspecting properties, analyzing comparables, and preparing reports for clients and for negotiations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?

* Experience in Commercial Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Lease Restructuring/Lease surrender, Dispute Resolution (Expert Witness work for Arbitrations, Independent Expert Determinations and Court proceedings is advantageous)

* Experience in analysing leases and excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant acts

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong analytical and research skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Proficiency in relevant software and technology

* Experience in residential Lease extensions and Collective enfranchisement will be beneficial

* MRICS

* Registered Valuer

* Relevant degree or qualification in surveying, real estate, or a related field
