Quality & Process Engineer, Oxfordshire
£31 - £33.80 per hour (umbrella)

Shorterm Group are currently seeking a Quality and Process Engineer on a contract basis for one of our key customers who operate in motorsport.

Responsibilities and Experience:

* Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop improvement plans and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
* Lead cross-functional teams to optimize process workflows.
* Use process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Complete administrative tasks, including training documents and standard operating procedures.
* Must have experience in engineering/manufacturing.
