Position:   Stock Controller
Location:  Great Bridge, UK
Salary:       £35,000 per annum
Hours:       Full-time (40 hours per week)
Reporting To: Operations Manager
 
The Role:
The position of Stock Controller calls for a well organised, driven and articulate person who would be interested in joining a dynamic organisation. You will work as part of the wider team to achieve the company's objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:  

Handle after-sales issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee procurement and stock management, ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Support sales and production to ensure operations run smoothly without impacting lead times.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing office and factory efficiencies.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.  
About You:  

Experience  in a Manufacturing environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills, capable of effective negotiation and problem-solving.
Proactive, with a history of using initiative to improve processes or reduce costs.
