The ideal candidate will have:

Proven success in fast-paced environments (FMCG or retail experience is a plus).
Strong commercial awareness and numeracy skills, with the ability to effectively challenge and interpret financial data.
A track record of monitoring financial performance and influencing senior decision-makers.
