ISQ Recruitment is supporting a family-owned food manufacturer with a clear vision of quality food that's available to all.

As the site continues to grow, they are now seeking a Production Department Manager to join the team within Evisceration (EV). As part of the Site Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a constant, smooth, safe, and efficient factory operation in order to deliver the production plan within agreed budgetary and service levels.

Prior experience in a similar food role (ideally meat).
Experience of demanding retail or similar customer base.
Experience of managing a team to deliver production plans with products with short shelf-life products and requiring intensive labour usage.
Ability to clearly communicate and build a strong and effective team.
Must have full Right to Work in the UK.
Must have full UK driving license & access to own vehicle. (Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience will be considered)
