Finishing Foreperson/Manager required for large Multi-storey scheme in Newcastle.
Our client are a National Contractor with a proven track record delivering large scale schemes across the Residential, Commercial and Student Accommodation sectors; on one such scheme they are now looking for a Finishing Manager for a 9 month duration for snagging and defect management.
Applicants will have a valid Management CSCS Card and ideally hold SSSTS or SMSTS certification; ideally from a Joinery background, applicants should be IT literate and have a proven track record working on large scale multi-room accommodation schemes
