Experienced MIG Welder – Growing Automotive Company (Wednesbury Area)

Our client in the Wednesbury area is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of welding experience, particularly within the automotive sector.

Key Details:

* Location: Wednesbury

* Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour, rising to £14.00 per hour after 12 weeks

* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week)

* Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Role and Responsibilities:

* Perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of automotive vehicles and components

* Ensure precision and accuracy in welds to meet industry standards

* Work within a team to maintain safety standards and efficiency in the production process

* Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and quality control

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience

* Strong knowledge and experience in the automotive sector would be beneficial

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety practices
