Our client in Nottingham is looking for a CNC Turner to join them on a permanent basis on their permanent afternoon shifts. The client are CNC Machining specialists operating in a variety of industries including aerospace, foundry and mining equipment.
Job Description: CNC Turner
Programming CNC Lathes
Manufacturing parts for aerospace and bearings
All precision work
Batch sizes are from 20 - 5000
Working to high tolerances
Machining metals including titanium, bronze and aluminium
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Skills and Qualifications Required: CNC Turner
Skilled CNC Turner - Programmer
Able to program using Mazak or Fanuc
Must be able to read and work from engineering drawings
Confident using measuring tools including micrometres, verniers and callipers
Confident machining metals including aluminium, bronze and titanium
