The role:
This is a pivotal, hands-one role that will see you providing administrative and customer service support, liaising with Directors, customers, and suppliers daily.
Key duties will include:
Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered throughout
Taking payments for services and products
Ensuring all correspondence receives prompt attention and is maintained accurately
Assisting with customer quotations, billings and liaising with the finance department
Key skills required:
Confident communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent team player
High attention to detail
Hours:
This is a 37.5 hour week with shifts varying between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
Due to location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
