Paralegal Officer:

Salary: £36,705

Contract: 3-month Temporary booking starting on 15th July

Type: Full-time (35 hours a week)

Job Description:

To provide assistance to Senior Legal Officers and Legal Officers who give legal advice and representation in meetings.

About the role:

Working with the Legal Officers to support with the claimants and ensuring all administration is completed

Person Specification:

- Law Degree or equivalent legal experience

- Knowledge and or background of a claimant, trade union, healthcare or regulatory organisation

- Experience of supporting, developing and implementing systems and new ways of working

- Experience of working within a team, and ensuring that all internal operating protocols and customer service standards are met

- Experience of working within a customer service environment

- Excellent communication, including written and presentation skills

- Able to deal with difficult people, resilient, confident, teachable and willing to make mistakes

- Interested in healthcare regulation

- Not essential to have experience but the willingness and motivation to work in healthcare regulation as a sector
