Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join Wakefield Council on an initial 6-9 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
With a new Service Director in post, the HR OD and Performance service is transforming and expanding. At the same time the council is facing financial challenges and directorates require additional HR Business Partner support to advise on organisational change and workforce planning as well as a range of business as usual activities.
Experience of the public sector or local government is not essential. You will need to be a confident, self starter, able to quickly build rapport with senior managers and you will need to be able to find solutions to barriers and get the job done.
37 Hours - Flexible scheme allows the worker to choose start and end time as long as it equates to 37 hours. Operating hours: 7am and 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
60-70% in office.
Requirements:
* Previous HR Business Partner experience in a large-scale organisation
* Workforce planning and organisational development experience
* CIPD Qualified
