The Capper Operative Role:

As a Washer/Capper Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that sample boxes used by field staff and farmers meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your role will involve:

* Preparing and processing sample boxes for dispatch

* Washing and capping pots to strict quality standards

* Monitoring dosing and capping machines to ensure accuracy

* Conducting basic machine maintenance and alerting engineers to any issues

* Following all health and safety procedures

Capper Operative Working Environment:

* You will be based in a small team environment where teamwork is essential

* The role involves standing for long periods

* The work can be physically demanding, requiring manual handling and repetitive tasks
