Are you an experienced Tech Commercial Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are partnering with a leading international organisation to find a highly skilled In-House Tech Commercial Solicitor to join their growing legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to advise on a wide range of technology and commercial matters within a dynamic in-house environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing legal support and advice on technology-related commercial contracts, including licensing, software agreements, data protection, and SaaS agreements.
* Advising on intellectual property rights, including patent and trademark issues, and negotiating licensing and collaboration agreements.
* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, NDAs, and service agreements.
* Offering guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management in relation to tech and digital projects.
* Collaborating with other departments, such as IT and operations, to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, ideally in tech, commercial, or IP law.
* Experience working on complex commercial contracts, especially in the technology sector.
* Strong understanding of data protection laws, privacy regulations, and IT law.
* Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
