Description
Leading the marketing team including an in house creative and content lead
Managing the external agencies responsible for website development, content creation and PR
Overall responsibility for devising and managing campaigns and product launches
Oversee all product collateral
Manage all PR activities via social media, email, video directed at staff, members and brokers
Responsibility for annual product upgrades including policy documents, broker and member communications
Lead generation and to drive high quality leads Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a financial services business, ideally insurance
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Working knowledge of design software e.g. InDeisgn, XD, Figma
Expertise in basic digital management tools e.g. GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console
Capabilities with marketing platforms e.g. Hubspot, ClickDimensions, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics Marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrable critical thinking and decision making skills
