Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home based)
Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
Have you worked in a claims department before?
The Surveying Support team are looking for an organised individual with claims experience to join them as a Claims Coordinator. Utilising your knowledge of claims management, you will effectively handle a wide range of scenarios, coordinating all involved parties throughout the lifecycle of the claim.
What will you be doing?
Speaking and communicating with customers to understand their claim, plan and coordinate.
Liaise with relevant surveyor and suppliers (where applicable) to ensure we have accurate details and progress the claim in a timely manner.
Making informed decisions – e.g. who to send out to visit the customer to assist with their claim.
Understanding exactly what we need from the visiting surveyor (and/or supplier) to ensure that we receive the right information to progress the claim. Whilst also being able to book in a visit.What are they looking for?
Claims management experience, ideally in Property.
Knowledge of the construction industry would be a big advantage.
