Director of Sales and Marketing
College location: East Surrey College and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)
Salary: £66,264 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Hours: 6 Months FTC, Full time: 37 hours - 08:45-17:00 Monday – Friday
This exciting post provides the opportunity to work with the Directorate to lead the College’s marketing strategy and planning, driving forward Orbital South Colleges’ brand presence within the region and ensuring that activity, style and presentation match the college’s overall vision, mission and strategic aims.
We are looking for you to provide a dynamic, responsive and innovative leadership of Marketing activity within the college, in accordance with the College’s priorities and values and to be responsible for its effectiveness and cost.
The successful candidate must have:
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders
* Proven ability to lead and advise on all marketing strategies
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with local employers and business
* Experience of working within a supervisory position in a similar Marketing environment
* Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
Please note that this role is a 6 months Fixed-term Contract.
