Social Media Marketing Manager – UK Remote - Perm - £30-£35K
Are you a passionate and ambitious Social Media Marketing Manager ready to take charge of multiple international brands? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company in the beauty industry, overseeing social media strategy and execution across two prestigious brands.
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to lead the social media efforts for our growing portfolio of luxury fragrance brands. You will work closely with the Managing Director and a talented marketing/design team to craft compelling social media campaigns, build brand awareness, and engage with our global audience.
This generalist role requires someone who is hands-on and able to manage day-to-day social media activities, while also contributing to broader marketing strategies. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely but will attend occasional in-person meetings in London and participate in international beauty and trade shows throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple fragrance brands.
- Manage daily content posting, platform engagement, and influencer outreach.
- Source and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal growth.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate social media into the broader marketing plan.
- Represent the brands at international beauty/trade shows.
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative and driven social media enthusiast with experience managing multiple platforms.
Experience in social media management for retail or consumer products
- Strong content creation skills and the ability to engage a global audience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for beauty, fragrance, and digital marketing.
- Experience in influencer marketing is a plus, but we value raw passion and ambition above years of experience.
