We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to support young learners and contribute to their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Providing individual and small group support to students
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encouraging and motivating pupils to reach their full potential
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
* Contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Fluent Welsh speaker
* Relevant teaching assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3)
* Experience working with children in a school setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A positive and proactive attitude
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with pupils with additional learning needs
* Knowledge of the Welsh curriculum
* Full UK Driving Licence
