Our client, a main dealership in Chesterfield, is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to join their busy sales department offering an excellent basic salary and bonus structure with a fantastic opportunity for you to be able to progress in the future.

Manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives.
Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
 Will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
 Will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.Requirements for this General Sales Manager role:

Proven track record of hitting targets/managing improvements within the service team
Experience within the Motor Trade is essential 
Experience in a franchise dealership is essential 
A valid UK driving license
Proactive and driven to support the team
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON KEYLOOP/CDK/KERRIDGE/ADPGeneral Sales Manager – Chesterfield - Main Dealership - £40,000 Basic
