Position Overview: This organisation is in search of a highly motivated and personable Construction Specialist Recruitment Consultant to join their team. In this role, the consultant will play a crucial part in identifying and connecting with top-tier construction professionals while nurturing relationships with clients to ensure the perfect match for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with clients to understand their specific construction recruitment needs.
• Sourcing and attracting top-notch construction professionals through various channels.
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure they align with the company's values and client requirements.
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Facilitating the interview process, negotiating offers, and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Contributing to team meetings
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in construction recruitment or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of the construction industry and its various roles.
