The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background and have experience working in a similar position within business/data analysis, as well as being familiar with account practices and hold an accounting degree.

Role Description

Identify Company Improvements, handling daily business issues that impact the Company KPI results.
Analyzing processes and developing solution to present to department heads and the SMT.
Recognise business opportunities for S2P (safety, environmental, quality, cost, delivery, morale and productivity) to support the company attain these goals.
Continuously work to expand, preserve and improve the company's procedures whilst adhering to business and group policies and regulatory guidelines.
Assisting and supporting the Senior management team and Business sections with projects and business continuous Improvements.
Identifying areas that are not in keeping with company regulations, by regularly auditing/analysing process flows, reports, company procedures, work instructions etc.
Ensure adherence to compliance, GDPR and information security rules and regulations. Skills and Qualifications

Ability to write clear and compelling process documentation and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Good understanding of data analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
Sound analytical background and data analysis competencies, inc. PowerBI
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with accounting practices (required)
Proven experience in similar role within a manufacturing environment (required)
Recently qualified, part qualified or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant (required)
Be comfortable looking at transformation across a high number of systems and business units
NEBOSH (desirable)
