Multi-Trade Roofer – Based out of Burton-On-Trent covering Staffordshire

Full Time Temp-to-perm – 40 hours per week (8-5)

Salary: £18 p/h + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:

* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

* A wide variety of roofing repairs at occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties

* The work will include:

* Pitch, and flat roof repairs

* Replacement of tiles

* Felt

* Eave trays

* Lead repairs/replacement

* Mineral sheet repairs/replacement (torch on)

The successful candidate will have:

* A technical background and NVQ Level 2 in roofing occupations or equivalent

* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)

* 2 – 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment

* Full UK driving licence

* Own tools for the job
