We have exciting opportunities for SEN Teaching Assistants, SEN Cover Supervisors, and SEN Teachers in locations such as Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and across the county.

? Temp to perm for the right candidate

You will be working in specialist SEN schools that cater to students with a variety of needs, including Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Physical Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.

Roles:

? SEN Teaching Assistant

? SEN Cover Supervisor

? SEN Teacher

Locations: We are working with a SEN School in Hemel Hempstead and a SEN School in Watford. If you're based outside these areas, we encourage you to apply as we have roles across Hertfordshire and beyond.

Pay rate:

SEN Teaching Assistant - £85 - 110 per day
SEN Cover Supervisor - £110 - £140 per day
SEN Teacher - £(Apply online only) per dayResponsibilities:

Supporting students in their academic, emotional, and social development.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Assisting with personal care (if required) and ensuring the safety of students.
Collaborating with teachers and staff to deliver tailored education plans.
Teachers: plan and deliver lessons, mark work, responsible for full classroom
Cover Supervisors: deliver pre planned work, responsible for full class

Requirements:

A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
Experience working with SEN - whether personally or professionally.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, patience, and resilience.
Teacher: Experience teaching SEN classes in the UK, QTS ideal but not required with the right experience
Cover supervisor: Experience covering SEN classes
