Position: CNC Turner (Setter/Operator)

A leading company near Ambaston, Derby, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team. The role involves setting and operating Haas CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. The position is on a 2-10 shift, ideal for those who prefer afternoon and evening work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Machine Setup: Set up Haas CNC turning machines according to job specifications, ensuring all tools and materials are correctly in place.

* Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce components, monitoring the process to ensure accuracy and consistency.

* Quality Control: Inspect finished parts against specifications, making adjustments as necessary to meet high-quality standards.

* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running efficiently and safely.

* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process to minimize downtime.
