What you’ll be doing:

As an F-35 Contractor Instructor, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the training and readiness of F-35B Lightning squadron pilots. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality ground school training and mission-focused support in the Full Mission Simulator and Deployable Mission Rehearsal Trainer.
Providing training in line with Lightning Force Headquarters Air Command syllabi.
Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on allocated technical systems and updating training materials.
Supporting Lightning squadron Instructor Pilots at the Instructor Operator Station (IOS) console.
Offering technical and expert advice to adapt and refine training syllabi, mission scenarios, and tactics.

Your skills and experience:

Essential:

Proven P1 in an operational Fighter Jet (FJ) aircraft
Pairs Lead qualification
Professional military experience
Desirable:

Experience instructing on an Operational Conversion Unit/Fighter Jet Training Squadron
