Package Details: £75,000 Per Annum + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday – Flexible Working Hours)

Fast Pace Recruitment Services are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Regional Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Manager to join a forward-thinking and innovative care home operator. You will oversee a group of 10 care homes consisting of circa 550 beds which supports elderly residents with their medical, emotional & social needs and play a key role with the ongoing development of the care homes, whilst ensuring all regulatory care standards are exceeded across the board.
The Role:
You will undertake a range of services which include the following:
* Responsible for setting & embedding the highest standards of care across all Care Homes and to ensure they all achieve the best possible grades from the Care Inspectorate.
* Responsible for the day-to-day marketing of the Care Homes to ensure full occupancy levels are reached with waiting lists in place.
* Responsible for managing the group of Care Homes P&L to maximise revenue, reduce agency spend and to drive efficiency & productivity.
* Provide support to both Peripatetic Managers & Care Home Managers ensuring quality standards and operations remain consistent.
* Train, support and develop a team of staff, helping them develop and thrive in their roles.
* Be responsive to team input, ensuring resident health and well-being are always prioritised.
* Maintain a vigilant eye on health and safety, ensuring a secure environment for all.
* Be prepared to act swiftly in emergencies, utilizing the on-call system and reflective practices to continually improve care.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Regional/Care Home Manager with in-depth knowledge of regulatory care standards.
* Able to work as an independent & autonomous Regional Manager.
* A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
* A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
* A valid Full UK driving licence. (Essential)
Package Details:
* Salary £75,000 per annum.
